Developed and tested on Binance spot data. That's what I personally use. Coinbase and Bybit are also compatible. Verify that your chosen exchange is available and legal in your country.
The indicator runs on one chart: BTCUSDT on Binance, daily timeframe. That's what it was built and tested on. Anything else is untested.

Equity Only is a private, invitation-only membership for individuals I personally know through real-life connections. Access is strictly limited to a maximum of 50 members and is not offered to the general public.
By accessing the website or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
I provide proprietary analytical trading indicators (built for TradingView), educational content on how to use them, and systematic frameworks for interpreting market conditions. All Services are for informational and educational purposes only.

All indicators, educational materials, frameworks, and related content are my intellectual property. Upon being granted access, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not share, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or provide access to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works; use the Services to provide similar tools or education to others; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Any breach allows me to immediately terminate access without refund.
All payments are accepted in USDT cryptocurrency only via direct wallet transfer. Access begins with a 1-month free trial; payment must be received in full before the trial ends, as set out in the Service Agreement. A one-time non-refundable setup fee of $99 USDT is payable upon proceeding to paid membership. The first-year annual membership fee is $1,188 USDT. Subsequent annual renewals are $1,999 USDT. The 12-month membership period commences from the date the G6 Risk Filter first moves to a risk-on (in-market) state, as displayed by the indicator, or from the date payment is received, if the G6 Risk Filter is already in a risk-on state at that time, as set out in the Service Agreement. Members may therefore receive more than 12 months of access depending on market conditions. Annual membership only, no monthly option is offered.
The pricing structure outlined above is disclosed in full before any payment is made. I reserve the right to adjust future pricing for both new and existing members. Existing members will be notified of any renewal pricing changes at least 60 days before their renewal date. Current pricing will continue to apply for the duration of any membership period already paid for.
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access provided to indicators, system rules, education and setup materials, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except as expressly set out in the signed Service Agreement (provider discontinuation). The setup fee is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Non-excludable rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any such law, that law prevails. The no-refund, limitation, and exclusion provisions in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have full legal capacity to use the Services. Membership and access are personal to you and may not be shared.
Access is granted on an invitation-only basis to individuals I personally know. Membership is strictly capped at 50 members. The Services are not available to US persons or to residents of any jurisdiction where the provision of such services is prohibited by applicable law. I reserve the right to approve or deny any application, and to suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse.
Delivery of the Services depends on third-party platforms that I do not control, including TradingView, TV-Hub, and the cryptocurrency exchanges you choose to use. I am not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, policies, or continued operation of any third-party platform, including outages, feature changes, account suspensions, or the delisting of any asset. Any third-party fees or account requirements are your responsibility and are separate from membership fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. I do not guarantee profitability, accuracy of indicators, or continuous access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any trading or financial losses, loss of profits, data, or opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. My total liability will not exceed the total fees you have paid to me in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $99 USDT, whichever is greater.
You agree to comply with all laws in your jurisdiction, not rely on the Services as the sole basis for any financial decision, and not misrepresent the Services as financial advice or signals.
Please review my Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. I handle personal information with care and in accordance with applicable international privacy principles.
I may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or breach of eligibility or single-user requirements, as set out in the signed Service Agreement. Upon termination, your licence ends immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force.
I may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the website. Material changes will be notified to members by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law set out in the signed Service Agreement (Singapore), subject to any non-excludable rights under the laws of your place of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties is resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Service Agreement signed by the member. Where these Terms and the signed Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement prevails. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply in your own jurisdiction.

Through direct communication I may collect basic contact details such as name and email address, and information needed to provide you access to the indicators and educational materials. I do not collect or store payment information. All payments are made via direct cryptocurrency transfer.
I use personal information only to grant and manage your access to the TradingView indicators and educational content, communicate important updates about the private membership, and respond to any questions you send me.
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I only share it where required by law, or with the service providers I use to run the membership (for example email, website hosting, and the members platform) strictly so they can perform those services.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure.
You can contact me at any time to access or correct the personal information I hold about you, or to ask for deletion of your information (subject to any legal requirements). Because this is a very small private membership, I handle these requests directly and promptly.
This is a globally accessible private membership. Members are based around the world. By joining, you acknowledge that your data may be accessed from various international locations.
I may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the same law as the Terms of Service, subject to any non-excludable privacy rights under the laws of your place of residence.
